Sent on the 28^th of March, 2011

Had lunch at this restaurant today and the Chicken Pot Pie was dry. Had to use gravy to eat it. Also found a needle like bone in it, and dark meat thrown in. This bone could have caused damage in the mouth or throat. My granddaughter had a bone in her wrap also. What is going on? An improvement is definitely needed in this area!
